Who sees your information, and how is it used?

Only our mentors have access to your identifying information and essays. We will never monetize from any of your personal information or writing by sharing it with an external party with the exception of use of our payment processing platform. Payments are processed through Stripe. We will NEVER sell your data. The only information we collect from you is the information you provide in our forms. We collect the minimum amount of information needed to review your essays and contact you upon completion. By using our website, you agree that we can collect and use your information for the aforementioned reasons.

What emails will I receive?

We will send emails to confirm bookings and completion of essay(s) being reviewed. We also contact you through email if you have any clarifying questions about essay edits. If you have not opted out of receiving promotional emails, we will use email to communicate legitimate interests in promoting our services. After you have worked with us, we will send a satisfaction survey for quality assessment and improvement. Your testimonial may be published on our website on the condition that you have already provided consent.

What if I am not satisfied with the service provided?

If you feel that our service(s) have severely not met your expectations, we will provide a 97% refund given you provide legitimate reason. We cannot provide a full refund because of the processing fee upon checkout. Please contact us via email if you have concerns about your service or mentor. We do not provide cancellation refunds if you have not received your service yet.
